MEP, handbediende bandzaagmachine type PH model 261-1 en PH261-1HB, Italiaans fabricaat in het algemeen uitgevoerd volgens bijgaande documentatie.
Handbediende metaalbandzaagmachine, laag geluidsniveau, veilig in gebruik, zaagt met een minimaal materiaalverlies geschikt voor het zagen van vele materialen. Snel en nauwkeurig en geschikt voor verstekzagen van 0-60º links. Het model PH261-1HB is uitgevoerd met een zaagvoedingssysteem welke het mogelijk maakt om een zaagsnede zonder bedieningsman uit te voeren, ook kan dit model handbediend functioneren.
Werking HB systeem:
Nadat het te zagen materiaal in de materiaalklem is geplaatst, laat men de zaagbugel door een klep te openen zakken tot boven het te zagen materiaal, nadat de startknop is ingedrukt start de zaagbandmotor en zakt de zaagbeugel in voeding opzijn eigen gewicht gecontroleerd door een hydraulische cylinder door het materiaal, na de zaagsnede stopt de motor, de beugel wordt met de hand omhoog gebracht en de klep wordt gesloten. Tijdens het zagen is de zaagvoeding regelbaar.
